WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?

 

OZAPATO Wants you to have a great fit on your footwear and avoid returns.

Please check your sizing here. Our sizing is based on the industry standard of Mondopoint. Your size will be the same as with other major Footwear brands. Go ahead and pick your usual size, we will reach out to you after your purchase to confirm sizing and advise you if needed. In case you don’t hear from us within a couple hours, please open a chat with us and will you help you out. Please note that boots and sneakers might feel different in size given different type of construction.

From our Workshop in Mexico

Orders not in stock in the US will be shipped from our Workshop in Pachuca, MX using UPS Shipping Services

From the US

If your order is available on our stock in Portland, OR it will be shipped via FEDEX Smartpost, with express shipping as an option

Exchanges & Returns

In case of exchange or return the customer can ship directly to our office in Portland, OR. We can provide a return label at request and it will be billed to the customer. the average cost within the US is $13

For European customers we can be provide a return/exchange in within the EU.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

NON-US customers: Please be advised that each country has different rules and taxes. Please consult your country customs website to better understand how much you will have to pay. If you have any questions we are glad to help you. please open a chat session with us.

In case the customer decides to decline pay customs fees and decides to abandon the order, we will not make a refund

Something didn’t go perfect and you need to return/exchange your footwear? 

Requirements:

  • Merchandise must be unworn OR tried on for fit/sizing only.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

How do I do it?

  • Open a chat session with us or email us and let us know how we can assist you.
  • US Full price sales include one free exchange. Items bought during sales or with discount, will have a cost of $27 or less. for more details chat with us.
  • International exchanges will have higher costs, please consult with us to give you an estimate.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS POLICY USING DISCOUNTS CODES OR SALES

Dear OZAPATO customer, Shipping is a big part of the price you paid for your order. We are committed to provide you with great prices, nonetheless with discount sales we have a strict exchange/return policy. We always do my best to ask every customer to double check the sizing to avoid extra time and expenses, but these things sometimes happen and we understand. We will gladly help you out with your exchange/return but all shipping charges will be charged to the customer. In case we run out of stock, it may take up to 3 weeks to send you an exchange.
