OZAPATO Wants you to have a perfect fit first time
For your convenience, we include domestic shipping in all footwear prices and is, therefore, an important part of the cost.
We recommend you spend a few moments to check your sizing here.
Our handy size chart will help you to make sure your footwear is a perfect fit and enhance your OZAPATO footwear experience.
It will also avoid delays, and when applicable, additional shipping expenses.
Our sizing is based on the industry standard of Mondopoint.
However, we fully appreciate every foot is not made the same and will gladly help your exchange/return. Please see returns / exchange policy below..

Our warehouse is based in Atlanta, GA with orders fulfilled using a shipping carrier as above
From our Workshop in Mexico
In the event we do not have the size or style of your chosing in stock, we can ship directly from our Workshop in Pachuca, MX incurring additional shipping costs.
Exchanges & Returns
In case of exchange or return the customer can ship directly to our office in Atlanta, GA. We can provide a return label upon request
International Shipping & Customs
NON-US customers: Please be advised that each country has different rules and taxes. Please consult your country customs website to better understand how much you will have to pay. If you have any questions we are glad to help you. please open a chat session with us.
In case the customer decides to decline to pay customs fees and decides to abandon the order, we will not make a refund.

Tracking
As we prepare your shipment you will automatically receive a tracking number from the delivery service to track the shipment direct to your door.

Requirements:

Footware must be unworn OR only tried on for sizing only.

Footware must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
How do I do it?

- Full price purchases include one free exchange. Items bought during a sales promotion, or with a discount will incur a shipping cost of $15.
- International exchanges will have higher costs. Please contact us to give you an estimate.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS POLICY USING DISCOUNTS CODES OR SALES
Shipping is a big part of the price you paid for your order. We are committed to provide you with great prices, nonetheless with discount sales we have a strict exchange/return policy. We always do my best to ask every customer to double check the sizing to avoid extra time and expenses, but these things sometimes happen and we understand. We will gladly help you out with your exchange/return but all shipping charges will be charged to the customer. In case we run out of stock, it may take up to 3 weeks to send you an exchange. We are proud of having direct and transparent communication with our customers, and we will always do what is in your best interest.
