URGENT: SALES DIRECTOR to be filled before June 2017. 

We are looking for an experiences team leader to take over our commercial direction at OZAPATO Panama.

• Run and manage a team of salesperson
• Retain existing clients
• Optimize existing clients
• Acquire new clients in new markets
• Define the sales strategy for Panama
• You will report directly to the founder of the company.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in the wholesale or retail industry
• 2-3 years of experience in selling to industrial accounts in Panama
• Spanish as a mother tongue
• Fluent English
• Max 45 years old

In Panama we are looking for sales executives:

Requisitos:

• Experiencia: 2 o 3 años de experiencia en ventas
• Educación: Licenciatura o Maestría
• Licencia de conducir
• Papeles en regla

Funciones:

• Buscar nuevos mercados y clientes
• Mantener y dar seguimiento a cuentas existentes
• Participar en las actividades de product development y marketing de Ozapato

Personalidad:

• Persona dinámica con habilidades naturales para las ventas
• Buena presencia
• Team player
• Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión
• Capacidad de resolver problemas
